Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from NC State University. A lifelong resident of Mt. Holly, he is deeply committed to his community and to building upon the business his father established over 30 years ago.
Outside the office, Carter enjoys cheering for NC State Wolfpack athletics and the Carolina Panthers.
